Meet the Evolution Team
The Evolution team brings a diverse blend of investment and operational experience and acts as a sounding board and an extension of the management teams of partner companies. Each of us is willing and able to roll up our sleeves as well as provide access to our combined, vast network of resources to drive incremental value and growth for each business.
While our investment professionals have experience with prominent private equity firms, we are successful at adapting such knowledge and insight to fit the lower middle market circumstances we enjoy focusing on instead.
“It was a pleasure working with the Evolution team. Their ability to effectively understand the nuances and perspectives from both sides of the table resulted in a successful transaction where all parties came out happy. It is a testament to their hard work and diligence that the transaction was completed in an efficient and timely manner. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Evolution on this and future opportunities.”
Clifford Meijer, Managing Director, Headway Capital Partners (Equity Partner on DiPonio Contracting)
